FAQ: What data can the Knowledge Base AI support chatbot access?

Only what you type into the chat, public Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, and training snippets. The bot cannot see your Covidence account, projects, reviews, PDFs, or reviewer information. It does not retain session data or pull any personal information from our systems.

If you request a handover to human support, only the contact details you enter in that form are sent to our team for follow-up; the bot still has no access to your project data.
