How to join Stanford University Lane Medical Library’s Covidence institutional subscription

To request access to the Covidence institutional subscription, you must use your current Stanford email address (@stanford.edu, @stanfordhealthcare.org, or @stanfordchildrens.org).

 
1. Go to https://app.covidence.org/organizations/7Ljq7/signup

2. Enter your information (using your Stanford email address) and click Request invitation.

3. You will receive an email invitation from Covidence. Please accept the invitation.

4. Then, finish creating your account by clicking Sign up.

Once you have  joined the Stanford University Lane Medical Library’s Covidence institutional subscription, you can go directly to Covidence.org and enter your login information to access your reviews. 

To create a review within the Stanford University Lane Medical Library institutional subscription library

Click on the Start a new review button in the upper left-hand corner of your home page:

After clicking Start a new review, you will have the option to use your personal account or select the Stanford University Lane Medical Library account.  Select the latter.

Before you click Create review, remember to give your review a meaningful name and indicate whether or not it is a Cochrane review.

Reviews created under the institutional license will be visible to the administrators of the Stanford University Lane Medical Library account.

Once you have created your review, this is the landing page you will see:

You can invite additional reviewers regardless of their affiliation.
