FAQ: Why do I get an error message when I try to pay by credit card?

The most common reason that we find for this happening is that the customer's bank is rejecting the purchase. Covidence is based in Australia and this can trigger security protocols for many banks and credit card companies if the customer is not based in Australia. We recommend contacting your credit card provider to request authorization of the purchase. If this does not resolve the problem, please contact us.
