Inviting your team
Follow the below instructions to add Guideline members, Topic Experts and/or Reviewers to your guideline.
To add a new guideline member please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line Add new guideline member to [your guideline name].
Only a guideline member is able to add a topic expert to a guideline via Manage experts in the top right panel of the program view.
Then click Manage invitations to enter the name, email and relevant topic/s you wish to invite the panel expert to have access to. Please note: if you wish to change the topic the expert has access to; simply re-invite them with the additional topic selected.
You can add reviewers to any review by accessing the review’s Settings from the Review Summary screen.
Unfortunately at the moment we do not support bulk invites.
Removing team members
Follow the below instructions to remove Guideline members, Topic Experts and/or Reviewers from your guideline.
To remove a guideline member please contact email@example.com with the subject line Remove guideline member from [guideline name].
Only guideline members are able to remove topic experts via the Manage experts panel in the program view. Once the topic expert is removed they will no longer be able to view the Evidence base or discussions they were involved in. Note: discussions between other members will not be impacted.
You can remove reviewers at any time by accessing the review’s Settings from the Review Summary screen.
Accepting an invitation
You are able to accept your topic expert or reviewer invitation in two ways; via email or in-app pop up.
