If you've sent a message to support@covidence.org recently, you may have noticed some different names responding to help with your questions about Covidence. Here's what's been happening with our team over the last few months:

Nicola Mayaan, who has been working with Community Management since 2018, is currently on maternity leave with an anticipated return in mid-2020. We have also recently been joined by three new team members: Ghida Iskandarani, DeLyndia Laughlin-Green, and Rebecca Saylor.

Ghida Iskandarani has joined Covidence as a Community Manager. She has one master's degree in clinical nursing, and is completing another in evidence-based healthcare. She also has several years of experience in clinical care and research support, and works part-time from Beirut, Lebanon.

DeLyndia Laughlin-Green has bachelor's and master's degrees, as well as a Ph.D., in nursing. She also has several years of experience in clinical care and  support, as well as more recently in nursing education in an online environment. She works part-time from New Orleans, US.

Rebecca Saylor is working with the Community Management and Site Licensing teams as Account Management Coordinator. She joined Covidence earlier this year after completing her master's degree and works full-time from Atlanta, US.
