Congratulations! If you move to an institution with an organizational Covidence subscription and you already have an account with Covidence, there is no need to create a new one. Simply add your new email address to your existing account (go to 'Profile' to do this) and make this your primary email address, as shown here. You can then request an invitation to join the new organizational subscription here or via your librarian. 

Covidence encourages team work. It is possible to belong to multiple review teams and multiple organizational subscriptions simultaneously and on the same account. When you move on, you'll keep your access to the reviews you worked on previously (unless the review's owner decides to remove you from their project).
