Support at the MSK Library
Librarians at the Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) Library can assist you with planning, conducting, and reporting systematic and other related reviews.
To learn more about conducting reviews at MSK, including the steps involved and the ways in which we can help you throughout the process, visit the MSK Library guide to our Systematic Review Service. This guide includes information about Covidence and how we use this tool at MSK.
How to join the MSK Library Covidence institutional account
You can create your personal sign in information with Covidence before or after joining the MSK Library Covidence institutional account. To request access to this institutional license, you must use your current MSK email address (@mskcc.org).
- Go to this page.
- Enter your information (using your @mskcc.org email address) and click the “Request Invitation” button.
- Accept the invitation in your email. If the invitation doesn’t arrive in a few minutes, check your spam folder. Keep in mind that the link is one-time use and will expire in approximately 30 days.
- Log in to your existing personal Covidence account or sign up for a new account, which will automatically link you to the MSK Library.
- Once you have joined the MSK Library account, access Covidence at any time by logging into Covidence with your email and password.
Creating a review using the MSK Library Covidence institutional account
After clicking the button “Start a new review,” you will have the option to use your personal Covidence account or the MSK Library Covidence institutional account.
The MSK Library account is an unlimited license, meaning you have an unlimited number of reviews to create. Reviews created under this account will be visible to the administrators of the MSK Library account. Reviews created under your personal account will only be seen by you.
