UPDATED - 18th July 2025
University of Oxford has an institution-wide licence for Covidence! This means that all staff members, researchers or students can now use Covidence for an unlimited number of reviews, references and collaborations.
All reviews have been migrated to the new University of Oxford account. This will not affect your access to the reviews or ongoing work. However, the NDPH licence will be phased out, so all new reviews will need to be created under the new university-wide licence account.
To start new reviews under the new licence and keep access to your existing ones, you will need to sign in with Single Sign-On (SSO). Head to the new University of Oxford’s Covidence Knowledge Base Page and follow the instructions for 'Existing Users'.
