Librarians at Nuffield Department of Population Health (NDPH) Libraries can assist with planning, conducting, and reporting systematic reviews and other types of research reviews. How to join NDPH Libraries’ Covidence institutional licence:
You can create your user account with Covidence before or after joining the department subscription. To request access to the departmental account in Covidence, you must use your current Oxford University email address (@ndph.ox.ac.uk).
- Go to - request your invitation page.
- Enter your information (using your @ndph.ox.ac.uk email address) and click “Request Invitation” link.
- Accept the invitation in your email.
- Log in to your existing Covidence user account or sign up for a new account (using your @ndph.ox.ac.uk email address)
- If you have already joined the NDPH Libraries’ Covidence account, then you can log into Covidence and log in with your email and password and proceed to use Covidence.
Creating a review using the NDPH Libraries’ licence:
After clicking the “Start a new review” button and completing the necessary fields, make sure to select the 'NDPH' Libraries licence at the bottom of the page.
Reviews created under the departmental licence will be visible to the administrators of the NDPH Libraries Covidence account. Your personal account review(s) will only be seen by you.
Once you have created a review or accepted an invitation to another organization's account review, the title will appear in a separate section on your account homepage:
