Unable to sign up for a Covidence account because your email is already in use?
This is likely to be because a colleague has added your email address to their account.
If your email address is added to your colleague's Covidence account, it must be removed from there before you can set up your own account. That's because one email address cannot be linked to two accounts in Covidence.
For the best user experience, we recommend that each individual have their own Covidence account and log in. This is to ensure that the votes cast during screening are attributed to the person who actually made them. Creating a trial account is free.
