Whether you access Covidence via a paid subscription, an organisational licence, or a free trial account*, you can invite anyone from outside your institution to join your review.
If they accept, your invitee gets access to your review (as opposed to your subscription or your organisational licence). This means that they can work on your review but they cannot create their own projects under your subscription or licence.
Does the invitee have to pay?
If the invitee does not already have a Covidence account, they will set one up as part of accepting your invitation to join the review. Setting up an account and accepting an invite from another Covidence user is free of charge.
Please see also the following articles on inviting reviewers to a review, accepting an invitation to join a review and joining an organizational account.
*For free trial reviews, the maximum number of reviewers per project is two.
