For the best user experience, we recommend that each individual have their own Covidence account and log in. Creating a trial account is free and it ensures that the votes cast during screening are attributed to the person who actually made them. 

Setting up your team

Once your account is set up, you're all set to collaborate! You can work with your colleagues by inviting them to join your review, or by accepting an invitation to join theirs.

If your email address is added to your colleague's Covidence account, it must be removed from there before you can set up your own account. That's because one email address cannot be linked to two accounts in Covidence.
