International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) can offer its researchers access to its organisational licence to Covidence.
Covidence is a web-based software platform that streamlines the production of systematic reviews. It supports reference/citation screening, full-text review, risk of bias assessment, extraction of study characteristics and outcomes, and the export of data and references.

How to join the ILRI's organisational licence account
Request your email invitation to join and get access. Only valid with your @cgiar.org email address
Go to this request your invitation page. Enter your information and click the "Request Invitation" link
The invitation will be emailed to you (you may need to check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox within a few minutes): Click "Accept this invitation"
Sign in if you have an existing user Covidence account OR follow the 'sign up' for a new account, which will automatically link you to the ILRI organisational licence.
After successfully joining the licence, you will be able to sign in by visiting: https://www.covidence.org/sign_in
Starting a review using the ILRI organisational licence account
Sign in to Covidence
Select “Start a new review”
Select 'Which account do you want to use?", make sure to select - 'International Livestock Research Institute'.
Please note: If you have started a review in the wrong account, please contact support@covidence.org
Reviews created using the subscription account will be visible to Covidence subscription administrators at the company. Reviews created using your personal account are only visible to you.
Once you have created a review or accepted an invitation to another ILRI account review, the title will appear in a separate section on your account homepage:

Create forms - Be in control and stay focused on your PICO question. Customisable extraction forms mean you only spend time extracting what you need.
Customise risk of bias - Automatically populate your risk of bias tables by highlighting and commenting on the text directly in your PDF.
Conduct data extraction - Extract data efficiently with a side-by-side view of your customised form and PDF. Then, when you are done, easily compare your form with other reviewers.

Maintaining Access to Your Work When Leaving the Institute
You are required to add a secondary email address before leaving, as this will ensure uninterrupted access to your Covidence account.
If you need to log back into your Covidence account but cannot because you don’t have access to your university email address anymore, please get in touch by emailing support@covidence.org.
